My name is Steve Olivas, I am one of the founders of The Olivas Method. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about myself. I’ve been on every diet under the sun, weight programs and even read Arnold Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of working out and my weight fluctuated. So I started researching how to eat right, what to eat etc. Now having emerged on the other side and achieved my goals. I am ready to take all the skills and experiences Ive gained in my life and use them to make an impact on others. I see the obstacles people face when it comes to fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I want to show people that you can overcome obesity and other chronic diseases to live a healthy and active life you want.

Today, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and N.E.S.T.A National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. As a fitness professional, my focus is training CEO & Elite business professionals, athletes, and people of all ages to reach the best fitness level possible. I will show you that staying fit, being active, eating better, and becoming the strongest version of yourself is attainable. I don’t believe in quick fixes, I believe in long-lasting results.

I’m Stephanie Olivas, Co-founder of The Olivas Method. Growing up in rural Southern Oregon, I was always active—playing soccer, running track, and surfing—but my intense activity took a toll on my body. After moving to Southern California, I maintained a healthy diet of mostly vegetables and meats, but I didn’t understand the importance of balancing my nutrition, which led to being underweight and physically drained. Despite running 8-10 miles daily and working in a personal training studio and an organic restaurant, I was neglecting my health.

It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and Fibromyalgia that I realized I needed to make a change. Doctors prescribed medication, but it only made me feel worse. That’s when I dove into bodybuilding, learning how to nourish my body properly and focus on what it truly needed. Today, I’m medication-free, managing my symptoms, and living a healthier, more balanced life.

As a certified personal trainer & fitness professional I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned through my own journey and helping others achieve lasting results. My approach isn’t about quick fixes or fad diets—it’s about building sustainable, healthy habits that transform lives. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels, and I love seeing the shift in their attitudes as they gain strength and confidence. Whether it's making it easier to play with your grandkids, getting back into your favorite sports, or simply just feeling better every day- I’m here to guide you through your unique challenges. I’m dedicated to helping you achieve real, lasting progress—no matter where you’re starting from!
