If you’re a busy business professional, looking to stay in shape or looking for a weight loss meal plan. The stress of work and finding the time to exercise can be overwhelming. I understand the challenge but I also know that it’s important to stay active and have a healthy routine. Our Wellness program has a functional approach focused on building Upper/Lower body, and core strength. Mixed with Cardio exercises that get your heart rate up, and keep you feeling refreshed, so you don’t slow down at your job or in life!

Improvements From Training:

  • Strength – Muscle strength is crucial in making it easier to do the things you need to do on a day-to-day basis. Muscle-strengthening activities help preserve or increase muscle mass, strength, and power, which are essential for bone, joint, and muscle health as we age. It will elevate your level of endorphins (natural opiates produced by the brain), which lift energy levels and improve mood.

  • Flexibility – Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints and prevent any injuries.

  • Nutrition – Providing healthy meal plans to our clients is fast and simple. Ideal for clients needing energy boosts and a high level of alertness. Our Meal Plans provide protein, carbs, and healthy fats during the day for increased energy. With Daily snacks as well to provide energy needed throughout the day and focused attention later in the day. Our meal plans are tasty, complete with recipes and provided shopping lists to help ensure our clients will enjoy their new healthy lifestyle.

  • Personalized Experience- Everything we do, we do for the benefit of the client. We love to get to know our clients on a personal level because the more we get to know you the better we can help you push through mental road blocks. Health and fitness is easy to use as a “fad” or “crash diet” kind of theme to help you get ready for an event.. but here’s the thing.. YOUR LIFE IS the EVENT!!!!! So don’t diet for a wedding or a friends birthday party to look good on vacation.. We teach you to make this a lifestyle so your life becomes the event you focus on. We want you to realize your power, and help learn that it is sustainable! You have the ability to Make YOURSELF better & stronger not just physically but mentally too!

Training Programs

  • Tier 1

In person training 3x a week, Includes: Go to your house or meet at a gym, we will go over a stretching routine and with the workouts, cardio & abs are always included. 

During training sessions I will advise you on meals and lifestyle tips to help your progress move faster.

  • Tier 2

In person training 3x a week/ Meal plan Included: Go to your house or meet at a gym, we will go over stretching and with the workouts, cardio & abs are always included. 

During training sessions I will advise you on meals and lifestyle tips to help your progress move faster. Will provide a personalized detailed meal plan, grocery list, for you to follow to help your achieve your results. 

  • Tier 3

In person training 3x a week, Includes: Go to your house or meet at a gym, we will go over a stretching routine and with the workouts, cardio & abs are always included. 

During training sessions I will advise you on meals and lifestyle tips to help your progress move faster. 3 Meals prepped for 3 days of the week, we prefer prepare the meals with you at your home so you can learn how to prepare your meals. 

  • Tier 4

In person training 3x a week, Includes: Go to your house or meet at a gym, we will go over a stretching routine and with the workouts, cardio & abs are always included. 

During training sessions I will advise you on meals and lifestyle tips to help your progress faster. 2x a week Cardio Meet ups for hikes or beach walks/runs. Morning check In text.  5 Meals prepped for 5 days of the week, we prefer prepare the meals with you at your home so you can learn how to prepare your meals.
